INSIGHT addresses the “business” of managing
medical images across the network in a hospital or
group of hospitals.
INSIGHT is fully integrated for DICOM
& non-DICOM images.
The PACS Viewer provides the doctor with
tools to acquire DICOM and Video images with a
specific modality based viewer, play cine loop,
annotate the image on his ROI and measure length and
area of ROI.
The system provides for
DATUM interface to which DICOM-compliant
external devices may connect.
DICOM Storage SCPs which support all necessary
storage SOP classes required to support the
DICOM Storage SCUs.
DICOM Query/Retrieve SCP which supports Study
Root queries and provides for query responses
for all studies, series, and images stored in
either the Storage System or the Archive System.
DICOM Modality Worklist Management SCP.
DICOM Study Component Management SCP.
DICOM viewer provides for viewing multiple
images in a single screen for comparison and
analysis.
