Henry brings to Karishma vast experience from over 35 years
of senior corporate leadership and technical expertise for
innovative US and international health and development
programs spanning 50 countries.
His work focuses on corporate development and strategic
planning for health programs and policy but also encompasses
environment, energy and futurist programs in both the public
and commercial sectors and with multilateral donor
organizations. His most recent health sector enterprises
engage a broad spectrum of new programs and entities,
including: corporate preparedness for medical crisis;
systems for safe blood; manufacture and market for rapid
medical diagnostics; electronic medical records,
telemedicine and second opinion applications; multinational
corporation contributions to local worker and community
healthcare; and networking for children’s hospitals.
Mr. Cole was for 25 years, President and Officer of the
Futures Group International and Futures Holding and co
founder of company’s worldwide health and development
consulting practices with over 600 clients and including
subsidiaries Futures Europe, North Star Health, Futures
Health Corps and Futures Global Resources. Earlier he served
as founding Economist for energy conservation programs at
Hittman Associates; Director of Population and of
International Energy Programs at the Center for Advanced
Studies of General Electric; Assistant Professor of
Economics at Tulane University; and intern staff at the US
President’s Counsel of Economic Advisors. Mr. Cole has
served on the boards of numerous organizations including the
Futures Institute for Sustainable Development, Safe Blood
for India, Triple Win, and the Kid Save International
foundations
Mr. Cole has degrees from Yale and The John Hopkins
universities and is fluent in French as well as native
English.
