Client Profile:
A well known private sector healthcare facility in
Western India, Ruby Hall Clinic has been serving
Pune citizens since 1959. Ruby Hall, a 540 bed
hospital known for its cardiology and IVF
facilities, is now setting up a state of the art
cancer treatment facility. With more than 140
consultants and 1300 full time employees, the
hospital is a premier site of Jeeva.
Engagement Overview:
In 1997 when the hospital was expanding its
infrastructure capacity, it realized that its IT
capability have to match the profile. As part of
this initiative Ruby Hall Clinic entrusted Karishma
